We know it's Miley who's got the reputation for going buck wild (and naked), but have you see the Karen Walker front row? The ladies of Advanced Style totally owned the spotlight — at least until the show began — with their famously and unapologetically statement-making ensembles. And, in case you think you were the most surprised to see the stars of the Karen Walker eyewear campaign in the flesh, just look at Ilona Royce Smithkin! The over-90-year-old model had her own meta moment, and we were lucky enough to be there to capture it.
