If you weren't envious of Queen Bey before, you surely will be after this fun fact: That lion's mane she's been flipping around, getting wind blown, and occasionally getting snatched by a fan? Yeah, it's not a weave. Those locks are all her own. It's rather unbeweaveable, if you ask us. How doth one get a full head of hair like that? Where is this secret fountain of extra-strength biotin? And, more importantly, why would Beyoncé go rogue and cut it all off?
"She had great, thick long hair, which she cut off because she’s ready to make a statement," Kim Kimble, B's hairstylist, admitted to People. Apparently, Kimble had no idea. "I had a whole plan laid out," she said regarding a video they're shooting this weekend. "I wanted to do a retro ‘50s type of hair." Well, looks like it's back to the drawing board for that one.
Whatever direction the two take will obviously be stunning. But, seriously, though, no weave? Even Adele and Ellie Goulding throw on extensions from time-to-time, and their hair would cower if it ever met B's. Sigh. (People)
