Why Didn’t We Think Of This? Pillowcases That’ll Make You Smarter

Remember back in college, when you'd wake up with your face buried in a textbook on the morning of a big exam? (Or you tried the desperate-freshman move of hoping osmosis would actually work for ideas and facts...) Yeah, not our proudest moment, either.
But, one American University student is trying to make those late-night cram sessions a little fluffier and more face-friendly with Pillowcase Studies. After Barry Weinstein struggled through a financial accounting class, he came up with the idea to design clever pillowcases that are printed with study guides (ranging from psychology to finance). These are cool enough to incorporate with your West Elm and IKEA, thanks to hip typography and a simple black-and-white palette, and at under $20, you'll get comfort and function without blowing your beer money. (Also, that's less than the price of a study guide from the bookstore, btw.)
Oh, and when your exam is finally over, you'll have a conversation starter for some extra-nerdy pillow talk. (Washington Post)
