Alighieri x BIAS
Our favourite jewellery label Alighieri has joined forces with BIAS, the brand providing the most versatile wear-anywhere slip dresses, to create a three-piece collection that'll see us through every shindig this wedding season.
Rosh Mahtani, founder of Alighieri, and Olivia Pope, founder of BIAS, are old friends. Having supported each other since the very beginning of their respective brands, the collaboration makes perfect sense. We'll be wearing the dresses, which have sumptuous chains and pearls in lieu of shoulder straps, over rollnecks while it's cold and with our trusty Birkenstocks on hot summer nights.
Available now at Alighieri and BIAS, priced at £275 and up.

The Real Thing at the Fashion Space Gallery
The Real Thing, a new exhibition curated by writer Anastasiia Fedorova and hosted at the Fashion Space Gallery in central London, will explore fashion's bootleg culture and how it's evolved to become a device for political expression. The show will look at how artists reinterpret and subvert brands, logos and iconography to send messages about identity, queer culture and sustainability, with pieces from Harlem couturier Dapper Dan, Sports Banger, Citizens of Nowhere and HYPEPEACE. Anyone interested in post-capitalist art, cult labels and subcultural fashion won't want to miss this one.
The Real Thing, runs Friday 7th February – Saturday 2nd May at Fashion Space Gallery.

Zalando Launches Nordic Sustainability Collection
To kick off Copenhagen Fashion Week last Monday, Zalando launched a sustainable collaborative capsule named Small Steps, Big Impact. Using its global leverage, the retailer joined forces with nine Nordic brands to create cohesive eco-conscious collections that didn't compromise on style. From Blanche to Filippa K via Holzweiler and Designer Remix, each brand brought its signature aesthetic to capsules that use organic cotton, 100% recycled polyester, and long-lasting triacetate. It's Zalando's first dedicated sustainable fashion project, although the retailer is a carbon-neutral company and stocks over 20,000 sustainable pieces on site from 240 brands. Impressive stuff.
Available now at Zalando, priced at £43 and up.

Birkenstock x Random Identities
Few shoes are as instantly recognisable as the humble Birkenstock. Once seen as the epitome of the ugly trend (we bet your parents owned a pair before you did...), the slip-ons have enjoyed a renaissance in the last few years, becoming the go-to footwear for the sartorially-switched on everywhere. Now, the brand continues its string of collaborative projects, this time with Random Identities. Re-vamping the classic Arizona shoe, the capsule is available in three new colours (black, brocade and leopard print) and you can bet your bottom dollar that the elasticated sliders will see you through to the very last of the summer sunshine.
Available now at Birkenstock, priced at £280 and up.

Richard Quinn x Depop
Depop might be the go-to platform for switched-on second-hand sellers, but the app is also a place to land exclusive drops, like the latest capsule collection from Richard Quinn. Available to shop @richardquinn, the collection includes a variety of clashing floral filled designs on sweatshirts, statement tees and slip dresses. The most collectable pieces come in the form of accessories, though, with fuzzy bucket hats, polka dot water bottles and bold brollies on offer. Standing as the designer's first ready-to-wear collection at a lower price point, we expect the collab to sell like hot cakes.
Available now on Depop, priced at £45 and up.

Fred Perry x Museum of Youth Culture
The Museum of Youth Culture has come together with subcultural stalwart Fred Perry to host From Bedroom to Basements, an exhibition musing on the importance of personal stories within subculture. Taking over two of the brand's iconic stores, the show works sort of like a family album, displaying photos and anecdotes from the Museum of Youth Culture's archives. Customers can get involved by scanning their own old photos to be included in future exhibitions, whether they're of teenage punks in their bedrooms or New Romantics in sweaty dive bars. Head down for a heavy dose of nostalgia and some killer styling tips from the past.
Head to Fred Perry's Camden High Street and Henrietta Street stores from 30th January.

Vans x Sandy Liang
It looks like '90s nostalgia isn't going anywhere fast thanks to the brand new collaboration between Vans and Sandy Liang. Inspired by "the playful dreaminess of the nineties, as well as the grittiness of downtown New York City" the collection features a variety of tie-dye tees and blinged-out accessories as well as five new footwear designs. Covering the iconic Vans slip-on shoe in fleece leopard print and butterfly motifs, the collection is about as old school as it gets. Our favourite? A pair of pink velour pumps with an inbuilt ankle bracelet.
Available at Vans from February 21st, priced at £15 and up.
