Watch This One Model Transform 10 Times

If you have yet to hear the name Imaan Hammam, or see her flawless face on a screen (or magazine cover), then, we gotta ask, where have you been? We encountered a lot of models backstage during Fashion Week, but her larger-than-life natural curls, bold brows, and gorgeous features were standouts in makeup chair after makeup chair — at 11 shows to be exact (10 of them are pictured here). That's 11 different times the Dutch 18-year-old (of Moroccan/Egyptian descent) had her hair teased, straightened, or curled. Makeup slapped on, wiped off, and slapped on again. And nails primped, polished, and stripped. The result: beautiful transformation after transformation, in just one week's time.

So, what does she think about her ever-changing looks? "It's actually pretty cool because I see so many different hairstyles [and] makeup styles, and it makes me think about what I want to do with my hair, or what I should do with my face next," she told us. "It's always nice to do something new."

Of course, there were some styles she preferred more than others. This season, her favorite was the beachy look at Tommy Hilfiger. "It was very natural — my own hair, just spray, and it was big," she says. "The makeup was bronze-y and just warm...very summer." The makeup at Givenchy was a close second (and was up there on our list of favorite looks as well). "I liked the lip because it was a little bit purple, but also blood-colored," she says. "It was very kind of gothic and my whole face had nothing but that... It made my face very powerful."

Ahead, we take a look at the many faces of Hammam — from butterfly-inspired eyes at DVF to a bang switch-up at Vera Wang. Click through to check out a slowed-down version of her Fashion Week beauty evolution — and get inspired to switch up your look yourself.

We can see why an au naturel face paired with natural hair was Hammam's favorite look. She rocks it like a boss.

The gowns at Marchesa called for center-parted, pulled-back hair — and a punch of pink on the pout.

The "I don't care, but I really do," hair (created by hairstylist Orlando Pita) paired well with makeup artist Tom Pecheux's "West Coast glow" makeup.

Only two models (Hammam and Joan Smalls) got to wear this rich, oxblood lip at Givenchy. And we can see why: it deserves top honors.

As much as we love to hate the no-makeup-makeup trend, Hammam is a perfect testament to the less-is-more beauty ideal.

Highlighted cheeks and a sleek low pony allowed the dresses at ODLR to take center stage.

While bangs aren't necessarily a 'do Hammam would wear daily — if at all — she says it was still cool to try out the style for a couple of hours. Would she cut them IRL? "Maybe in 10 years," she says.

Hammam's tight curls were stretched into bigger ringlets at DVF. The makeup, created by Pat McGrath, was all about the blue-green eyeshadow, which complemented the slightly flushed cheeks.
