Ease Into Fall With This Spicy Marg Recipe

1
Summer's over, folks! It's sad but true, and technically, it's time to say good-bye to our favorite seasonal treats. But, even if we're tearfully sayonara-ing piña coladas and getting caught in rain watermelon slices, at least it means we can start indulging in fall treats.
Say hello to the Tanteo Jalapeño Margarita — arguably, the perfect cocktail to ring in the season-to-season liquor transition. Let us explain: It combines crisp, acidic lime juice and spicy Tanteo Jalapeño tequila, which means every sip you're taking combines the refreshing, summery taste of citrus with warming, chili pepper heat — can you say in-between-seasons spirit?

For the bartending-challenged (hi, us, too!), there's just three items on the ingredient list. Plus, shaking it like the proverbial polaroid picture is the only required skill. Happy hour, indeed!

Ingredients:
2 oz Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Agave Nectar

Steps:
1. Combine the Tanteo Jalepeño Tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake like it's 2003 and you're Andre 3000, then strain the mixture into an ice-filled rocks glass (salted rim optional).
3. Top the glass with a jalapeño slice or lime wedge, and start sipping!
