Betsey Johnson recently signed a deal to develop a line of fragrances, personal care products, and—if all goes well—cosmetics. Betsey's look can be described as the opposite of effortless, and while her perfume isn't going the shock-and-awe route (she's sticking very closely to her original 1982 scent), we're expecting that the cosmetics are going to be able to double as costume makeup. In fact!... ""I grew up in heavy stage makeup because I studied dancing with a brilliant Broadway showgirl. So I love makeup." says Johnson.
