You might not see her byline on the site every day, but rest assured that our creative director, Piera Gelardi, has her fingers in nearly every single story that goes up on the site. Her job title might as well be "Keeper of the Pretty" on Refinery29, and she's responsible for making sure that each trip to our site greets you with an onslaught of visual eye candy.
