As first ladies often keep their hair conservative (and rarely mix it up), Mobama's commitment to try out new styles — especially a look as trendy as this — is actually a pretty bold move. We thought that things couldn't get more dramatic than that time she got bangs (and Karl himself voiced his disapproval), but little did we know that FLOTUS had another follicular trick up her sleeve.
Our verdict? We think Mrs. Obama's new 'do is totally flattering — between the lightened-up ends and soft waves, the look really emphasizes her beautiful features. And that sassy expression she has on? Yeah, that just makes us love her even more. (The Cut)
