Yoga in the Park

An oldie, but a goodie, this class happens in Bayfront Park three times a week. Held outside by the bay, you really can’t ask for a more zen location.
Tina Hills Pavillion at Bayfront Park, 301 North Biscayne Boulevard.

Critical Mass

If you like group workouts then Critical Mass is for you. This group bike ride (drawing up to 1,000 riders at times) takes place on the last Friday of every month. Meet your fellow riders at Government Center, downtown, at 7 p.m. to bike through the nearby neighborhoods for a 10-20 mile ride.
Government Center, 111 NW 1st Street.

Brickell Run Club

Brickell Run Club is like a happy hour crew that exchanges cocktails for energy drinks and nachos for power bars. From the same people behind the Nike South Beach Run Club comes this Wednesday night meet up.
Fortune International building, 1300 Brickell Avenue.
