Like many things in our lives these days, job-hunting is primarily an online undertaking. As millennials who are comfortable with technology, we know how to keep tabs on online job boards, build our own interactive résumés, and send follow-up emails like champs. But, there’s still one part of the process that has to be done in person: the interview.
