L.A.-designer Jenni Kayne has become synonymous with effortless-chic dressing, and her spring collection shown last night definitely echoed those sentiments. Kayne accented her neutral palette of expertly tailored basics with touches of sunburst yellow and bits of bateau striping. The collection boasted zipper-detailed dresses, conceptual takes on the basic button-down, and my personal favorite: a high-waisted leather bikini à la Bridgette Bardot. Grounding the collection were elasticized heels and snakeskin sandals--ones I'm sure we'll be seeing all over the streets come next spring!
