Our feet take a beating year-round, but especially in the summer. All the walking around, wearing of open-toed shoes, and frolicking in the sand (what, you don't frolic?) can cause some serious neglect to your feet. The Huffington Post chatted with celebrity podiatrist Dr. Suzanne Levine, who shared some interesting wisdom: We should be treating our feet like we do our faces.
Apparently, no body part shows aging quite like our feet, which are susceptible to calluses, cracked skin, and nail issues. How do we battle the rough-feet-problem? Levine has detailed an eight-step regimen we should take with our tootsies, that includes soaking, buffing, and even giving your toes a treatment mask. Basically, you should give your feet regular spa days — which actually sounds pretty amazing. Keep reading for the scoop on the full regimen. (The Huffington Post)
