Like the true overthinking Gemini that I am, I've never been a great sleeper. As I shut my eyes each night to rest, not only do I ponder everything I could've possibly "done wrong" in my whole 31 years of life, but I also struggle with a nice laundry list of other bedtime woes — which, naturally, has only been exacerbated by the current state of the world.
