Daily Diversion: See What 1930s Designers Predicted We’d Be Wearing Today!

Sometimes we try to envision what gals will be wearing in the next century (skirts with jet packs attached?). Apparently it's not a foreign day-dream—folks back in the early 20th century wondered the very same question about us! Check out this amazing video, where the Marc Jacobses, Alexander Wangs, and Vena Cavas of yesteryear all make predictions of what fashion will provide for women in the year 2000. The amazing thing is, some of them were right—sheer tops, upside-down heels, zipper skirts—they were all predestined to happen! Some of them though will perhaps be donned by the 22nd century woman (although how cool would it be to have a skirt that adjusts to our body heat?).
