We've never met a bright lipstick we didn't like. But, bright eye makeup? Now, that's another story. Hot-hued shadows just aren't as user-friendly as our tried-and-true neutrals. But, with the sunny days of summer finally on the horizon, we figured there was no better time to conquer our fear of bold, bright, look-at-me eyes.
