With all the glamour of a black-tie outfit but with none of the snootiness, Jamie managed to take some of our favorite evening-wear elements and bring 'em out to see the sunshine. The key is fit: The top is loose and cut like a T-shirt, and the skirt is sheer enough to show off her miniskirt underneath. Genius!
