Growing up, there were television shows with plots we just couldn't get enough of, characters that we loved to hate (or hated to love), and theme songs we couldn't get out of our heads. Years may have passed since they last aired, but we'll always have the memories of ours favorite throwback TV shows.

But they won't have to stay memories for long. 2020 has been marked the year of the reboot, with beloved series across genres making their return to television screens and streaming platforms alike. A number of classic shows are being rebooted for a new generation of viewers; some are keeping to canon while others are revamping their storylines totally. Sticking to the script or flipping it totally, we don't care — we'll be tuned in either way.
