These days, we're all pretty familiar with Kim Kardashian West, she of the 42 million Instagram followers and dreams of breaking the Internet.

But that wasn't always the case. Go back with us to 2008, before little Nori was even a gleam in her pretty parent's eyes. Kendall and Kylie were innocent pre-teens known only in relation to their more famous older siblings. Kanye West was dating Amber Rose. The world had yet to meet Caitlyn Jenner (let alone watch a docu-series about her). And, Kim Kardashian was on Season Seven of Dancing With The Stars.

These were sweet, simpler times. Sadly, Kardashian's time on the dance floor was all too short: Kim and partner Mark Ballas were eliminated third. But the costumes — those beauties will live forever.
