's 17-year-old daughter has been reported missing in Nyack, NY. Chelsea O'Donnell was last seen Tuesday, August 11, in the Rockland County area, wearing a black sweatshirt, dark jeans, grey converse sneakers, and a black backpack, according to information posted on Rosie O'Donnell's official website. The message also notes that Chelsea has a large tattoo on her right side of a dream catcher, along with the word "Breathe." Chelsea's disappearance is being investigated by police authorities, according to O'Donnell's site. Last Tuesday, she reportedly left home along with her 9-lb brown-and-black terrier, Bear, who is a therapy dog. According to the post, Chelsea may be in need of medical attention. Rosie O'Donnell shared the following message on Twitter today:
O'Donnell, who adopted Chelsea as an infant, came under fire earlier this year when Chelsea's biological mom accused the performer of "stealing" her child. "I believe Rosie O’Donnell knew that I was in no condition to sign away my parental rights to my daughter. She did the worst thing one woman can do to another woman — take her child," Deanna Micoley told the National ENQUIRER. The accusations never took root, but sadly, all of Chelsea's parents are now going through what is arguably the worst thing that can happen to any family: the desperate search for one of their own.
