Is This Jennifer Aniston’s Wedding Dress?

Let's think this through, folks. Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux went to great lengths to keep their wedding ceremony private and top secret. In the 15 years since the actress' first wedding, to Brad Pitt, only one photo — a professional shot released by the couple — has emerged. So, as much as we'd like to believe that Aniston would completely change tack and just upload a wedding day photo on Facebook, we're calling bullshit. Sorry. Social media has been in a tizzy since an unverified fan Facebook account shared a photo of a woman — face obscured, of course — wearing a backless wedding gown with long sleeves and a generous train. It's a pretty dress, so naturally everyone wanted to believe it was totally real.

Alas, the photo was clearly a fake. The original image, as shared by sleuthing fans, is from a wedding dress website and is of a model, not the Friends star. Whomp.
Such a letdown. That'll teach everyone to take fan-run Facebook pages as gospel. If we do ever get a peek at Aniston's dress, it'll come from wedding photographer Terry Richardson. Until then, we'll all just have to try to keep our emotions in check.
