Taylor Swift’s Training Video For “Bad Blood” Will Inspire You To Kick Ass

Taylor Swift may have a sweet and sassy signature dance move, but don't let it fool you. The pop star certainly has a tough side, and can throw a mean jab. Following on the announcement of the 2015 MTV Music Video Awards nominations, Swift, who’s up for nine moon men, shared behind-the-scenes footage of her intense fight training for the “Bad Blood” music video. “Throwback to my first training for the Bad Blood music video,” she captioned the Instagram post. “Thank you so much for the 9 nominations. You can vote for the Video of the Year NOW!!!” Miley Cyrus is set to host the event, which will air August 30. Once again, Swift will go head to head with Beyoncé for multiple awards, including the night's top prize, Video of the Year. Hopefully, Kanye will remain glued to his seat. Then again, Swift — who can be seen taking down men twice her size while preparing to shoot "Bad Blood" — is clearly ready to tackle whomever stands in her way. Take look at the inspiring video below.
