Iggy Azalea Denies Britney Spears Fight

Iggy Azalea has gone on a Twitter tirade in response to reports that she and Britney Spears have fallen out. Though the Australian rapper clearly seems disappointed that her "Pretty Girls" collaborator didn't do more to promote the song, she insists that that doesn't mean the two musicians are feuding. Azalea also claims that she hasn't said anything negative about Spears. Some might argue that writing, "I don't have to suck the woman's asshole 24/7 to be her friend," isn't the best way to endear yourself to a pal, but never mind. Azalea posted a stream of tweets to share her side of the story.

We don't doubt that the media would love to see these two duke it out and has been amping up the tension with speculation, but Azalea isn't exactly blameless. She chose to make her comments public, and tweeting more only seems to be adding further fuel to the fire. If she had an issue to address with Spears, as a friend, Azalea could have dealt with it one-on-one. Continuing to draw attention to the matter certainly isn't defusing the situation. (Billboard)
