Gwyneth Credits Sex & Laughter As The Secrets To Health

Gwyneth has been making the magazine rounds since early 2015, first striking a pose on the cover of Marie Claire in February. Now the actress is gracing another glossy — the June issue of Women's Health — and talking about what she believes is the secret to leading a healthy life.  Turns out, the Goop founder doesn't need fancy, far-fetched ingredients or expensive treatments to keep her feeling young and vibrant. “I’m not really a ‘beauty person,’" she told the mag. "I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, being yourself. I’m not like, ‘Then I use this masque that I make on my stove.’” Somehow, we doubt those are the only tools Paltrow employs to stay in good shape. She's always been a bit of a fitness queen, and the abs on the Women's Health cover are certainly evidence to that effect (seriously, they are impressive). She's also long been a longtime fan of Eastern medicine and healing arts. The actress told the mag that she knows that when she tries something new, people think she's insane. "But then," she said," people catch on. So I almost can’t go to an acupuncturist now without them thanking me for introducing the world to cupping.” The takeaway here? Laugh more. Do "it" more. Consider cupping, Only then can you truly channel your inner Gwyneth — and perhaps track down the fountain of youth.
