Rebel Wilson Wants To Play This Iconic Star

Hollywood has been knocking down Rebel Wilson's door for a few years now. Needless to say, the Australian actress has a lot of options right now — and we're hoping that means something actually comes of the pet projects she's currently eyeballing.  In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter at the world premiere of Pitch Perfect 2, Wilson revealed that she's open to doing a music-themed TV show.  “I was a fan of Glee," she shared. "I’d love to do something where I play a female rapper." Wilson may have some mad rhyming skills, but the multi-talented star is more interested in using her musical and acting skills for something completely different. "Movie-wise I’d love to do a Bette Midler biopic and have all her songs in it," Wilson said. "She is like legit, way cool and she’s a fan of Pitch Perfect."  Ooh. If we can get our favorite Down Under dame belting out "Wind Beneath My Wings," we will be the happiest of campers.
