Emma Thompson Will Play Mrs. Potts In Live-Action Beauty and the Beast

Disney has announced the latest addition to its already stellar Beauty and the Beast cast. And, it's so spot-on. Emma Thompson will play the role of Mrs. Potts in the live-action remake of the Disney classic, it announced today. She joins Emma Watson, who will play Belle, and Dan Stevens, who will play the Beast. Disney also announced Kevin Kline will play Maurice, Belle's father. Because Thompson isn't really on social media, we don't know her immediate reactions the way we did with Watson and Stevens. But, if we know her like we think we do, she's probably having a beer in celebration.   Beauty and the Beast isn't hitting theaters until March 17, 2017. So, in the meantime, can we continue the streak of perfect casting?
