Watch Kelly Clarkson & Jimmy Fallon’s Epic Duet Medley

Last week it was Christina Aguilera and her Britney Spears impersonation. This time it's Kelly Clarkson's turn to blow us away with her mad musical skills on The Tonight Show. First, some backstory: The American Idol winner recently complained to British radio host Nick Grimshaw that other musicians were wary of doing a duet with her.  "I honestly would collaborate with a lot of people, but everyone usually says no," Clarkson told the BBC Radio 1 host. "I ask good people. I don't want to sing with crap people. So, I mean, I ask people who are great vocalists, but I'm not going to point out anyone. "Sometimes I feel like I have the plague, or leprosy," the singer added.  Not anymore, girl, because Jimmy Fallon was ready to mic up on last night's show. The comedian mentioned the snub and stepped up to the plate by joining Clarkson for "The History of Duets."  The duo launched into a breathless medley of hits from Lionel Richie and Diana Ross, Human League, Sonny and Cher, Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty, Elton John and Kiki Dee, and countless others. Aaron Neville got a special shout-out via Fallon's impromptu cap and stick-on mole, but our favorite jam was "Opposites Attract." Where are thou, MC Skat Kat? Watch the video below to see it all. Don't feel too bad for Clarkson either — girlfriend's been working with Sia and newly minted Oscar winner John Legend. Life does not suck.
