Scandal is about to make its glorious return after a two-month hiatus. And, comedian Akilah Hughes has an idea of what Olivia Pope has been up to all this time. Loyal fans will cry, "She was kidnapped! That's what she's been doing." But, Hughes has some other ideas. For example, maybe she was just having herself a me party.
