Reese Witherspoon won an Oscar for playing country music icon June Carter Cash, but that doesn't mean she nails every song she sings. At least she makes it all look super-adorable.
Yesterday's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon saw Witherspoon and Fallon warbling beloved Christmas carols to get everyone in the holiday spirit. Sounds nice, right? Now consider that the original lyrics had all been changed. And, that a certain Wild star totally forgot what "Silent Night" sounds like.
It's unlikely these reworked odes to a "small old man" and "bumpy toads" will knock Michael Bublé off anyone's holiday playlist. Still, it's cute as all get out. Consider us charmed.
