Do the Kardashians know how to throw a child's birthday party, or what? North West got a Ferris wheel for her first, and now little Mason Disick is ringing in his fifth birthday with a Nightmare Before Christmas-themed fête. Because Tim Burton is totally age-appropriate for pre-schoolers.

Though it looks like Auntie Kim was a no-show, Kourtney Kardashian's little boy was able to celebrate with Kendall, Kylie, and Khloe on his special day. Actually, it wasn't his special day; the guest of honor technically doesn't turn five until December 14. The third Disick child is due that month, so maybe that prompted the premature party?

And, because this clan doesn't do anything by half-measures, the Kardashians and Jenners went overboard with costumes, makeup, and wicked black and white stripes. In true Khloe form, the reality star stole the show with a Sally makeover, though Kendall gets props for rocking black lipstick on the same day her Estée Lauder contract was announced. Ballsy.

Can't wait to see what hijinks they have planned for Baby Disick's christening.
