This is not the kind of news we like to report. According to the New York Daily News, Twilight star Ashley Greene's building manager alleged in a sworn deposition that a worker found a crack pipe while cleaning up her West Hollywood apartment that caught fire last year.
Manager Adrian Mayorga is suing the star — along with other building residents whose units were damaged — claiming he suffered permanent respiratory damage from the blaze. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Mayorga claims that the star, her brother, and a man he claimed was her boyfriend, Ryan Phillippe, appeared disoriented, saying, "they looked like they were drunk or under the influence of something."

In another strange twist, Phillippe, who has only been seen once in public with Greene, submitted a sworn declaration to Greene's lawyer earlier this week indicating that he was not in the apartment the night of the fire. And, in fact, Phillippe claims that he has never been there. So...maybe he's not her boyfriend?
The March 2013 fire, which destroyed Greene's apartment and caused major damage to her neighbors' homes, also killed her dog, a fox terrier.
This story is very strange and we're not really sure what to think, but we hope Greene is staying healthy and um, not smoking crack. (The Daily News)
