Listen To Trent Reznor’s Entire Gone Girl Soundtrack & Watch The First Clip NOW

With the world premiere of Gone Girl set to kick off the New York Film Festival tomorrow night (followed by its wide release a week later), Fox's marketing blitz is officially in full swing. Earlier this week, we got our first taste of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross' unsettling soundtrack , which Reznor likened to "the really terrible music you hear in massage parlors," in a recent interview with The Wall Street Journal. "The way that it artificially tries to make you feel like everything's OK. And then imagine that sound starting to curdle and unravel." he said.

Today, NPR brings us the soundtrack in full, and it's just as creepy as you'd expect. Listen here.
If you can't wait until next week to see how the score complements David Fincher's nightmarish vision, fear not. We've also been gifted with our first clip from the film, a table-setter for the horror that lies ahead. In it, we see the first encounter between Ben Affleck's Nick Dunne and his future wife Amy (Rosamund Pike). While it appears as though they hit it off like two olives in a martini, fans of Gillian Flynn's best-selling source material know that marital bliss just isn't in their future.
Gone Girl hits theaters October 3. Watch the ominous first clip below.
