The fellow English singer-songwriter covered “Stay With Me” on Radio BBC 1’s Live Lounge this week. While both singers are clearly inspired by R&B of yore, FKA twigs brings her trademark sound, filling out her pleas for love with echoing synths and a sparse snare drum.
