Kim looked so beautiful, in fact, that West couldn't resist pointing out how good she looked. At last night's event at the Palace of Versailles, West made a brief speech before their guests. Of his bride-to-be, he said, "Kim's way more beautiful than I am talented," according to a source close to the couple. It's very sweet of him to say, but it's not so much sweet as it is very Kanye: The only thing more outstanding than his own marvelous talent is the beauty of his fiancé. It's like the Matthew McConaughey Oscar speech, in which the Dallas Buyers Club star told the world that he is his own hero.
It's no surprise that the rehearsal dinner also included a private performance by Lana Del Rey and card tricks by David Blaine. Us Weekly also reports that guests were greeted upon arrival by men on horseback and given a glass of Ace of Spades Champagne.
