We probably don't need to remind you that Jenna Lyons is pretty darn awesome. But, thanks to a new interview with her longtime assistant, we're now finding out that she may also be one of the nicest people in the fashion industry. Nichole Benavente, who has been with Lyons for a whopping nine years, sat down with Elle recently for a tell-all of sorts. Not surprisingly, Benavente revealed that her job requires her to be available to Lyons 24/7 — even on vacation.
But, that's a breeze compared to Jenna's own schedule. It seems her gig at J.Crew can entail up to nine hours straight of back-to-back meetings. But, even with all that stress, she manages to keep a completely level head. "I think that, without reservation, Jenna is one of the nicest people in the entire industry," Benavente told the mag. So nice that Jenna even forgave Nichole when she accidentally sent her to the wrong airport in London. Now that's patience. (Racked)
