Way back in 2007, the Noah and Allie forever fandoms took a blow to the heart. Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams called it quits and went their separate ways leaving mourning souls everywhere to carry on their legacy in botched Photoshop jobs. Now, six years later, those well wishes penned in diaries and midnight offerings to secret closet shrines of J-14 cutouts are (potentially) coming true.
It's just like The Secret says: If you visualize something long enough, time will eventually manifest your dream in reality. Alright, so that's an über generalization of what likely took years of philosophical thought, but we've got bigger fish to fry today — like a McGosling fish. According to tOK! Magazine, Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams are rekindling their relationship. There are a lot of big if's in the glossy's latest issue, but these headlines are what teenage dreams are made of.
There has been a lot of back and forth regarding the stability of Gosling's rapport with Eva Mendes. Some say it's on while others are, more recently, saying it's off. Without jumping to conclusions, nostalgia has us feeling the glow of Noah and Allie. Perhaps it's just wishful thinking. Or, perhaps they're just friends who console each other in the wake of breakups. To cure our helpless confusion, we'll just have to begrudgingly turn on what may or may not be our favorite guilty pleasure,
