Calling all collectors (or just shopping fiends): Mark your calendars for this weekend's Parachute Market. Over 40 local vendors will be on hand, selling furniture, new and vintage clothes and accessories, fine art, sculptures, and much, much more.
Held downtown, this marks the second edition of the well-received, quarterly design fair. Each market will have a theme, and this time around, the event is paying homage to the fall equinox (it's on Sunday!) with an "elemental" theme. In addition to discovering unique finds, you'll also be doing some good: a portion of the ticket sales will be donated to Inner City Arts. No buyer's remorse here!
