Tavi Is All Grown Up At The Toronto International Film Fest

There once was a little girl with a penchant for big glasses and even bigger bows, who grew up to be a Renaissance woman by the age of 17. It's not every day a teenager gets the opportunity to refine her style the way Tavi Gevinson has. Her years of sitting front row at fashion shows and reporting on everything from personal style to real-life lady problems have elevated her look from rookie status to muse.
The blogger/author/singer/DJ/actress stepped out at the Toronto International Film Festival looking like a whole new woman, wearing Wren's mixed ponti dress. To say we did a double take would be an understatement. To be honest, we've yet to pick our jaws up off the floor. There's no denying Gevinson is all grown up. The days of twee mix-n'-match outfits are gone, and the future of Tavi has arrived in a pretty, perfectly-styled package. She's nailed the bored pout and saucy eye for sure, but let's just hope that left-field, big-glasses-and-bangs quirk is still beaming underneath.
