Marc Jacobs Takes Us On A Honey Of An NYC Tour

We can definitely get into serious, moody, I-suffer-for-my-art perfume ads — some of them are impressively creative — but sometimes, we wish fragrances could just put forth a sunny outlook. Well, looks like Mr. Marc Jacobs (okay, and the team that helps bring his scents into being) is on the same wavelength, because this Honey Marc Jacobs spot brought an immediate smile to our faces.
In it, a smitten lad takes a good-looking and well-accessorized blonde on date after date in New York. Sound typical? Just watch the video — it isn't what you think. In it, the pair hits some pretty big highlights in the city: pics on the High Line, a picnic in McCarren Park, a serious chess battle, and a cruise along the East River. (Since we take the ferry every day, we're bummed that we didn't see these lovebirds during our commute.) The video has a fun, jaunty feel without becoming twee, which fits quite nicely with Honey's sunshine-in-a-bottle blend of bright florals and fruits. Catch the exclusive first look at this too-cute "couple" and see if you don't find them as charming as we do.
