You’ll Never Guess Model Laura Love’s Cheap Beauty Thrill

image
We may not have won the genetic lottery, but at least we can still cop a few pointers from Laura Love. The stunning model just so happens to be the daughter of Vogue and Teen Vogue's West Coast editor (and former model), Lisa Love, so it's safe to say she picked up a few insider tips from her in-the-know mom. She lives for backstage staples like Jao Goe Oil ("It's like a mini spa treatment,") and By Terry Baume de Rose, but her most surprising (and cheap!) trick is a bit of Vaseline on her eyelids. Wait, what?

"It's a nice finishing touch," she says. "I don't really wear makeup during the day, but I don't like to not wear anything. I think that it's just a super-natural way to keep your eyes looking awake."
A simple way to look awake without downing two cups of coffee? Yeah, we're totally trying this out tomorrow. (PopSugar Beauty)
