So THIS Is What Patrick Robinson Has Been Up To

Patrick Robinson, former design director for Giorgio Armani and executive vice president of design for Gap, has been doing some soul searching — and the results are awesome. Following a little heart-to-heart with his son — in which little Robinson asked, "What do you want to be when you grow up, dad?" — the former executive took time to reflect and remember what he loves to do most: design clothing — "simple, beautiful, comfortable clothing that people can afford," he says.
That impulse led to the birth of PASKHO, Robinson's brand-new collection of luxury active wear and urban clothing for both men and women. Fueled by Robinson's various passions — PASKHO is the ancient Greek term for passion — the designs are versatile, soulful, minimal, and urban. Slouchy bomber jackets, featherweight Henleys, and tailored trousers are only three examples of the comfortable-cool pieces that PASKHO features.
The brand has officially launched on Kickstarter in order to allow for communication and collaboration from the get-go. Customers are invited to provide feedback by voting on products, four to eight of which will ultimately be put into production alongside Robinson's own designs.
Pre-sale is scheduled to begin in April with items available for purchase in June. Of course, adhering to the Kickstarter model, the project will not be made if it isn't fully financially backed. Which leaves us wondering: How could this not get fully funded? Maybe Robinson's sending a waste not, want not message? In which case, trust us when we say you'll definitely want this.
