Yes, we know that 50 Shades of Grey is the book of 2012. But, we had no idea how much author E.L. James was making off of the erotic tome. According to Perez, the wordsmith is raking in a whopping $200,000 a day from book sales. Um, that adds up to $1.4 million a week (!!!!!!!!). How exactly does such wealth accumulate? It seems James is profiting mostly from eBooks, which makes us guess that people are a little bit ashamed of their dirty secret and are hiding behind the cover-less guise of their tech-y tablets.
