These are the sources of stress many of us have come to expect from the winter season — but knowing that they're coming doesn't make them any more manageable. The good news is that, even if you're stuck behind your desk (or in the same velvet cocktail dress) every night until January 2, there are ways you can manage and even reduce your stress.
