Miley Cyrus may be many things, but her newly bleached brows (not to mention her hair) prove one thing — when it comes to beauty, she's not afraid to commit. We, on the other hand, aren't quite as adventurous when experimenting with features that could effectively alter our entire appearance. (And, if we've learned one thing this season, it's that brows are everything.)
We do still like to have a little fun, though. So, we decided to try the bleached brow on for size — without the chemical commitment. With a few strategic tools, makeup pro James Vincent gave our beauty director Annie barely there, bleached brows. So, has this beauty trend officially transcended the confines of the runway?
