For better or worse, the Internet (and pop culture) is still abuzz with Miley Cyrus' "new" look. Whether we're all geeking out over her latest crop top, gawking at her grills, or marveling at how awesome her bleached blond 'do looks with couture, we just can't stop talking about it all. Well, turns out ol' Miley might be getting a little tired of the speculation — specifically, probes over what prompted her to change up her look.
In an interview on Fashion Police (conducted by close pal Kelly Osbourne), the young star aired her grievances, insisting that it's just all part of growing up. "It's called puberty," she said. "Everyone's done it from the beginning of time...I’m just doing it [in the spotlight], so you’re zooming in on it and you’re fascinated by it." While we're not so sure about the puberty excuse (she is 20, after all), we do think her transformation is caused by a bit of maturation. After all, it's only natural for a girl to want to leave behind her old image — especially if it's one of Disney tween star. Either way, if she's happy, we're happy. But, maybe we should send her our old human biology book, just in case. (Oh No They Didn't!)
