London's Underground system reached the ripe old age of 150 years this month, and while the city is awash in exhibitions and events to celebrate, we've found a much more palatable way to mark the celebration: filling our faces.
The Park Lane Hotel's Palm Court has created a special London Underground Afternoon Tea.
Available until February 10, you can take a culinary journey around the capital without leaving the hotel's decadent, art-deco tea room.
Nibble on delectable treats like a London Bridge Roll, Royal Oak Smoked Salmon bagel (mind the gap!), scones with Limehouse curd and Victoria plum jam, and a Gloucester Road tart. Yep, we're salivating, too.

In addition the local-inspired goodies, Tea will also include a Metropolitan 1863 cocktail, a blend of Beefeater 24 gin and blackcurrant tea. Making the stops has never been so tasty.

The London Undeground Afternoon Tea is priced at £41 per person. Phone 020 7290 7328 or visit the Park Lane Hotel website to reserve a place.
