While the Sweetlife festival kicks things off and Trillectro gets us back to school, Virgin Mobile's FreeFest always closes summer out with a bang just in time for sweater weather.
This year was no different, with mind-blowing performances by the likes of Vampire Weekend and MGMT, as well as band-crush-inducing sessions from Iconapop, Little Green Cars, and The Knocks. Though some gnarly weather threatened to ruin the good times, we were lucky enough to snap some amazing looks before the downpour brought out a sea of plastic parkas.
