All vegan piglets, listen up! The Bay's Sidesaddle Kitchen, a one-woman baked-goods company that specializes in "raw, vegan, gluten-free, organic, not-gross" grub is setting up shop in our favorite little kitchenwares shop, Pot & Pantry, next week, and bringing along a bevy of Thanksgiving pies! Solving the conundrum of what to serve your friends with strict dietary restrictions, Sidesaddle is offering three pies for the national day of gluttony (and, um, giving thanks). There's a Chile Chocolate Torte, Maple Pecan Pie, and a classic pumpkin variety, all for $38 a pop (or 3 for $100), and serving 8-12 people.
