Muesli Monday: 5 Fast Recipes For A Better Breakfast

Tell us if this sounds familiar: It's a weekday morning. You’re already running 15 minutes late. Your hair hasn’t been washed in three days, and your apartment keys are nowhere to be found. On mornings like that, the last thing on our minds is a balanced and healthy breakfast. Yeah, yeah, we know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but sometimes it's just not convenient, so we grab whatever we can on the way to work (and usually, we're starving by 10:30 a.m). Seven Sundays, a muesli company out of Minnesota, is committed to changing that. Their mission is to reinvent the way we think about (and enjoy) breakfast. They want every day to feel like a relaxing Sunday morning.  While many mainstream cereal alternatives, like granola, use refined sugar and oil, muesli is a super versatile, clean mix of unprocessed grains, nuts, sun-dried fruit, and organic honey. It’s the perfect answer to your morning rush. Seven Sundays put together the ultimate collection of hot, cold, and super smooth(ie) muesli-infused vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free recipes just for us. And, the best part? All of them require less than 10 minutes of prep. Happy Monday!
