Want to experience New York Fashion Week from a Bay Area perspective? Look no further than this NYFW photo diary of Woodside-born model
Mackenzie Drazan,
over at WWD.
The 16-year-old model got her start back in 2010 when she signed with Elite Paris (she's since been linked to Stars Model Management) and made her debut at the Valentino couture shows. Between then and now, she's walked the runways of some of fashion's biggest players, including Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Jil Sander, Louis Vuitton, Celine, and others.

In between sipping Starbucks near Lincoln Center and logging in some homework hours (you know, for high school), the teen is chronicling the backstage madness at the likes of Helmut Lang and Peter Som, her top on-the-runway shots and trends (she's digging peplums!), and her secret to getting through the week. Check it all out right here.
And, for more born-in-the-Bay hotness, peep our profile of gorgeous model-slash-vintner Michelle Ouellet and this roundup of the best based-in-S.F. mannequins.
